OPEN: Luxe Box…Oct 2011

Luxe Box --October 2011
This is my very first beauty box and for starters I went with the big guy on the market, Loose Button and their Luxe Box service.

Not going to bore you all with too long of a detail about the service,
so here’s a rundown of how it works in three points.

  1. Subscribe monthly for $12/month, renewed automatically.
  2. Receive 4-5 curratted deluxe sample sizes of beauty products to try out.
  3. Items range from cult classics to new releases!
You can get more information HERE from their website,
but let’s get on with it already!

! Ready on to see what’s inside!

Time to open my Luxe Box.

A closer look…

 Luxe Box --October 2011

I’m reasonably pleased at my very first box, especially since it contained an eye cream (something that I had put on my “to buy” list for a long time). Certainly, the totaly value of the entire set is much more than $12 paid for the service so for that I’m pretty happy as well.

Like I mentioned in the video, I had also subsribed to a beauty box service by Glymm which will come next month. For me, I think the beauty box concept is fantastic since (as a beauty junkie), its hard for me to settle with one product and being able to get my hands on deluxe sized samples will give some idea of how the product works for me and my needs. Often times I hesitate from trying out new things because I’m uncertain about whether or not they would work, especially if they are expensive.

For the most part, these deluxe sized samples will last you a good while and who knows, maybe like me, you’ll get bored of a product quickly. With Luxe Box you’ll never have to be “stuck” with one product, great for all you commitment-phobes out there.

What did you get in your beauty box this month?
